An Emirati study clarifies the link between corona and skin diseases
Dr. Ibrahim Galadari, a former professor of dermatology at the UAE University, revealed that:
The study he conducted with the participation of a group of dermatologists in the country during the month of May on the relationship of “Covid 19” with skin diseases.
It was published in the largest international refereed journal on behalf of the United Arab Emirates, as the first Middle Eastern study, which is an achievement for the medical sector in the country.

Symptoms include coughing, dryness, eczema and urticaria, and some of them have bruises such as bleeding under the skin with coldness in the extremities, in addition to the presence of a kind of alopecia in some.
He pointed out that the third group included patients who had severe symptoms, and were treated in intensive care rooms, and we found that the skin diseases present in this category
It included a type of blood bubbles, which may reach the stage of gangrene, in addition to a type of bruising and a granular rash in different areas of the body in some affected patients.
He stated that 40 out of the 300 patients included in the study had new skin diseases, and they had no previous history of disease, and it was also taken into account that the rash may be caused by medicines,

دراسة إماراتية توضح ارتباط كورونا بالأمراض الجلدية
كشف الدكتور إبراهيم كلداري، أستاذ الأمراض الجلدية الأسبق في جامعة الإمارات،
أن الدراسة التي قام بها بمشاركة نخبة من أطباء الأمراض الجلدية في الدولة خلال شهر مايو الماضي حول علاقة «كوفيد 19» بالأمراض الجلدية
تم نشرها في أكبر دورية عالمية محكمة باسم دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وذلك كأول دراسة شرق أوسطية، وهو ما يعد إنجازاً للقطاع الطبي في الدولة.
وأوضح أن البحث الذي قام به مجموعة من الأطباء في الدولة يعكس مدى ثقة ومتانة وكفاءة الخدمات الصحية والأطباء في التعامل مع فيروس فاجأ العالم.
ونشرت خلال مايو الماضي نتائج البحث بعد 3 أشهر متتالية من الدراسة التي قام
بها 6 من كبار أطباء الأمراض الجلدية في الدولة برئاسة الدكتور إبراهيم كلداري والاستشاريين: أيمن النعيم، وسعاد عبدالرحمن،
وميرة العدوي، وأماني المرزوقي، وحسن كلداري، وشملت 40 مريضاً ظهرت لديهم 10 أعراض جلدية مختلفة وهي: «الارتكاريا، والطفح الحبيبي، والأصابع
الضامرة، والأطراف الباردة، والأطراف الدموية، وغرغرينا الأطراف، ونزيف دموي تحت الجلد، وحويصلات مائية شبيهة بالجديري، والجفاف، والإكزيما».
وبين الدكتور كلداري أن الدراسة أجريت على أكثر من 300 من
المصابين بفيروس «كورونا»، وليس لديهم تاريخ مرضي سابق في الأمراض الجلدية، حيث تم توزيعهم إلى 3 مجموعات: الأولى حاملون للفيروس وليس لديهم أعراض،
ووجدنا أن هؤلاء المصابين تكون لديهم أمراض جلدية بسيطة مثل حكة خفيفة جداً، ونسبة ضئيلة جداً من الجفاف، وهذه الأعراض البسيطة وجدت في مجموعة قليلة منهم.
وأوضح أن المجموعة الثانية شملت الإصابات البسيطة بالفيروس مع وجود حرارة وكحة، حيث لوحظ أن أغلبهم عانوا
من أعراض شملت الكحة والجفاف والإكزيما والارتكاريا، وبعضهم لديه كدمات مثل نزيف تحت الجلد مع برودة في الأطراف، إضافة إلى وجود نوع من الثعلبة لدى البعض.
وأشار إلى أن المجموعة الثالثة شملت المصابين ممن لديهم أعراض شديدة، ويعالجون داخل غرف العناية المركزة، ووجدنا أن الأمراض الجلدية الموجودة عند هذه الفئة
شملت نوعاً من الفقاعات الدموية، قد تصل إلى مرحلة الغرغرينا، إضافة إلى نوع من الكدمات وطفح جلدي حُبيبي في مناطق مختلفة من الجسم لدى بعض المرضى المصابين.
وذكر أن 40 مصاباً من الـ 300 المشمولين بالدراسة كانت لديهم أمراض جلدية جديدة، ولم يكن لهم تاريخ مرضي سابق، كما تم الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أن الطفح قد يكون ناتجاً عن الأدوية،
التي تستخدم في حالات «كوفيد 19» كالـ«بنادول» والمضادات الحيوية ومضادات الفيروسات وأدوية الملاريا والأدوية المميعة للدم، لأنها تلعب دوراً في الطفح الجلدي.

فاذا كان هذا الكلام صحيحا ؟
فما هو هذا الدور الذي تلعبه تلك الادوية في ظهور تلك الاعراض الجلدية ؟
وهل هذه الادوية يظل المريض يستخدمها حتي بعد الشفاء من كورونا لكي تكون هي السبب في تلك الاعراض الجلدية ؟
واذا كان لفيروس كورونا علاقة بها
فلم تفسروا لنا ماهية العلاقة التي تربط كورونا بظهور تلك الاعراض .
ولم تخبرونا بنوعية الدور الذي يلعبه كورونا لكي تظهر لنا تلك الامراض الجلدية؟
