علماء ألمان يبحثون سر العلاقة بين كورونا والإصابة بالسكري

تمكن باحثون من مستشفى مدينة أولم الجامعي في ألمانيا من إثبات الأذى الذي يمكن أن يتسبب فيه فيروس كورونا المستجد على أعضاء أخرى مختلفة من الجسم غير الجهاز التنفسي.
وقد توصل الباحثون الألمان إلى أن الفيروس قد يؤثر على القلب والأوعية الدموية والجهاز العصبي، كما يمكنه التأثير أيضا على عملية التمثيل الغذائي، حسبما جاء في بيان صحفي نشره المستشفى الجامعي لمدينة أولم اليوم (الأربعاء الثالث من فبراير/ شباط 2021).
وفي تصريح في نفس البيان يقول البروفيسور مارتين فاغنر "إن بعض مرضى كوفيد 19 يظهرون اضطرابا في مستوى السكر في الدم". وتابع نائب رئيس قسم الغدد الصماء في المستشفى الجامعي لمدينة أولم "في حالات كوفيد 19 الصعبة، تظهر على بعض المرضى نفس الأعراض التي تكون لدى مرضى السكري من النوع الأول الذي يعود إلى نقص مادة الأنسولين". ومن بين هذه الأعراض ارتفاع نسبة مستوى السكر في الدم وارتفاع مستوى حموضة الدم.
وسعت الدراسة الألمانية إلى البحث عن الأسباب التي تجعل أعراض السكري من النوع الأول تظهر على بعض المصابين بمرض كوفيد 19. وبالتعاون مع المستشفى الجامعي لمدينة هايدلبيرغ الألمانية، اكتشف فريق البحث أثناء تشريح جثث مرضى كوفيد 19 أن عدوى فيروس كورونا تصل إلى البنكرياس أيضا.
ويقول الطبيب المتخصص في علم الأمراض في المستشفى الجامعي لمدينة أولم البروفيسور توماس بارت "إنه، وحتى بعد اختفاء بروتينات فيروس كورونا من الرئة لدى بعض حالات كوفيد 19، اختلفت مدة مسارات المرض لديها، تم اكتشاف وجودها في البنكرياس".
وهذا ما قد يشير، بحسب الدراسة، إلى أن عدوى فيروس كورونا المستجد لا تصيب فقط أعضاء أخرى خارج الرئة، بل إن هذه الإصابات تتكرر وبشكل متواصل مما كان يعتقد.

وطالما ان الفيروس نفسه قد انتهي وليس له اي وجود في الجسم فلا خطر منه علي الاطلاق .

ولماذا تظهر هذه الاعراض وغيرها ايضا علي المتعافين من كورونا بعد سته اشهر ؟
فاذا كنتم تجهلون السبب الرئيسي في الاصابة بتلك الاعراض المرضية سواء قبل الاصابة بكورونا اوعلي المتعافين من كورونا او كوفيد 19 بعدة اشهر .
فهذا لا يعني أن هذه الاسباب غير موجودة . وجهلكم لها لن يزيلها من الوجود او من جسم المريض .
