Shigella, cancer and diseases of unknown cause blurred eyes and treatment ? !

Day after day we hear and read about the spread of a disease in one of the governorates of the Yemeni homeland, which raises the question about that and whether the cause is due to wind-borne viruses or through pollution in the environment and the concerned authorities did not care to treat it. Cancer, which has spread in the “Baath” area in Hadhramaut governorate, and the spread of another disease in Abyan governorate leads to blurred vision, fever and apathy, for which there is no known cause or treatment. Only those affected are advised to put compresses on the eyes and take a pendulum tablet only, as is the case with the disease (Shigella)
Al-Jawf Governorate suffered from the Shigella epidemic, which does not lead to death unless the patient is neglected, but on the other hand exhausts him due to severe diarrhea that may lead to death in the case of children infected with it, as they are a weak group and their resistance is limited.
The Health and Population Committee of the House of Representatives visited Al-Jawf Governorate, and this visit showed an almost complete lack of primary health care and medical curative services in this governorate.
After Al-Jawf, the newspapers monitored the spread of cancer in Hadhramaut, in the Ya`th region, where the cause is still unknown, and the matter has not yet received the attention of the Ministry of Health to search for its causes, which the newspapers doubt is related to one of two things: the insecticides used in agriculture or the drilling that took place some time ago for a well, and then He was buried!!

Contrary to what is happening with malaria and typhoid, which doctors cannot differentiate between them, which leads the patient to take a malaria (crunch) and when it does not produce a result by taking a typhoid (crunch) and between the two medicines, the patient collapses because of their strength and because he loses his appetite and the fever remains at a frightening rise.

There were and still are doubts that farmers used pesticides and sprayed them in large quantities, which are troubling doubts, especially since agricultural products in Yemen are no longer linked to the seasons as it is known, as there are vegetables and fruits in summer and winter, and there are some for autumn and others for spring.
In Yemen today, all products are available, but they are under a question mark? Because when we try to taste it, we find it tasteless and it is understood that it has matured through medicine.
Because the farmer is a citizen who suffers, like all people, from a lack of money in his hand, he is forced to deceive to increase the benefit by using medicines to ripen agricultural products without taking into account the damage resulting from them. For agricultural products, and this leads to the emergence of diseases that the population of Yemen suffers from, which are various diseases and their treatment is expensive, so how is the case with the new diseases that have spread recently (such as Shigella) and cancers.
Who will save the citizen? *
The Ministry of Health and Population is a party among certain parties to protect and save the citizen and its role is still limited in view of the diseases and epidemics that surprised us in the days. They had been eradicated for years and returned for simple reasons such as garbage that is not transported regularly and pollution resulting from rain water, sewage and pesticides. Thus, more than one Ministry It is concerned with saving the citizen, and every ministry has plans, so why not implement them under the umbrella of one party and with a joint action plan?!!

الشيجيلا والسرطان وأمراض زغللة العيون مجهولة السبب والعلاج ؟ !

يوماً بعد يوم نسمع ونقرأ عن انتشار مرض ما في محافظة ما من محافظات الوطن اليمني مما يثير التساؤل عن ذلك وما اذا كان السبب يعود الى فيروسات تنقلها الرياح او عبر تلوث في البيئة ولم تهتم الجهات المعنية بمعالجته ولكم يزعج المرء ان يكون انتشار هذه الامراض سريعاً مثل مرض السرطان الذي انتشر في منطقة ( يبعث ) في محافظة حضرموت ، وانتشار مرض آخر في محافظة ابين يؤدي الى زغللة في العيون وحمى وفتور ولم يعرف له سبب ولا علاج فقط ينصح المصابون به بوضع كمادات على العيون وتناول قرص ( بندول ) فقط وكذلك الحال مع مرض ( الشيجيلا ) ..
عانت محافظة الجوف من وباء ( الشيجيلا ) الذي لا يؤدي الى الموت الا في حالة اهمال المصاب لكن من ناحية اخرى ينهكه بسبب الاسهال الشديد الذي قد يؤدي الي الوفاة في حالة اصابة الاطفال به كونهم فئة ضعيفة ومقاومتها محدودة .
وكانت لجنة الصحة والسكان بمجلس النواب قد زارت محافظة الجوف واظهرت هذه الزيارة انعدام شبه كامل للرعاية الصحية الاولية والخدمات الطبية العلاجية في هذه المحافظة .
وبعد الجوف رصدت الصحف انتشار مرض السرطان في حضرموت بمنطقة ( يبعث ) حيت ما زال السبب مجهولاً والامر لم يحظ بعد باهتمام وزارة الصحة للبحث عن اسبابه التي تشكك الصحف انها ذات علاقة بأحد امرين : المبيدات الحشرية المستخدمة في الزراعة او بالحفر الذي تم قبل فترة لبئر ثم جرت عملية دفنه !!
الحصبة*
مرض الحصبة الذي جرى محاصرته مؤخراً عبر حملة تحصين تفاجأ الناس به حيث لم يكن وبحسب رأي بعض من سكان مديرية الشيخ عثمان انه لم يكن على البال كما لم يسمع الا بأصابات بسيطة جداً . على عكس ما هو حاصل مع مرض الملاريا والتيفوئذ اللذين لا يستطيع الاطباء التفريق بينهما مما يدفع بالمريض الى تناول ( كرس ) الملاريا وعندما لا يؤتي بنتيجة بأخذ ( كرس ) التيفوئذ وبين الدوائيين ينهار المريض لقوتهم ولانه يفقد الشهية وتظل الحمى في ارتفاع مخيف .
اسباب قابلة للتفسير *
كانت وما زالت هناك شكوك في ان استخدام المزارعين للمبيدات الحشرية ورشها بكميات كبيرة وهي شكوك مقلقة خصوصاً وان المنتجات الزراعية في اليمن لم تعد مرتبطة بالمواسم كما هو متعارف عليه حيث ان هناك خضاراً وفواكه صيفية واخرى شتوية وهناك ما للخريف واخرى للربيع .
في اليمن اليوم كل المنتجات متوفرة لكنها تحت علامة سؤال ؟ اذ اننا عندما نحاول نتذوقها نجدها بلا ذوق ويفهم انها انضجت عبر الادوية .
ولان المزارع مواطن يعاني مثل كل الناس من قلة ما في اليد من مال يضطر الى التحايل لزيادة الفائدة عبر استخدام ادوية لانضاج المنتجات الزراعية دون مراعاة للضرر الناتج عنها ولا نجد من الجهات ذات العلاقة بالمزارع اهتماماً بتوعيته او معاقبته عند الاكثار من استخدام المبيدات الحشرية او الادوية المنضجة للمنتجات الزراعية وهذا يؤدي الى ظهور امراض يعاني منها سكان اليمن وهي امراض متنوعة وعلاجها مكلف فكيف الحال مع الامراض الجديدة التي انتشرت مؤخراً ( كالشيجيلا ) والسرطانات .
من ينقذ المواطن ؟ *
وزارة الصحة والسكان طرف من بين اطراف معينة بحماية وانقاذ المواطن ودورها مازال قاصراً بالنظر الي ما تفاجئنا به الايام من امراض واوبئه كان قد تم القضاء عليها من سنين فعادت لاسباب بسيطة كالقمامة التي لا تنقل بانتظام والتلوث الناتج عن مياه الامطار والمجاري والمبيدات وهكذا فان اكثر من وزارة معنية بانقاذ المواطن وكل وزارة لديها خطط فلماذا لا يتم تنفيذها تحت مظلة جهة واحدة وبخطة عمل مشتركة ؟!!
