Attar stressed the need for the patient who feels the symptoms of the disease to go to the treating doctor as soon as possible, because studies have indicated that joint erosion begins three months after the onset of symptoms and that any consultation after that is late. تحالف نحو 400 طبيب يمثلون خمسة مستشفيات كبرى في السعودية لمواجهة أمراض التهاب المفاصل التي بدأت تسجل ارتفاعا في السعودية وتصيب الشباب في سن الـ25.
وفي وقت قال فيه مشاركون ان زيادة الهورمونات عند النساء هي السبب، أكد مشاركون آخرون بأن أسباب المرض غير معروفة، لكن يعد عدم انتظام جهاز المناعة في الجسم احد أهم الأسباب، إضافة الى الوراثة. وأبانوا أن أعراض المرض غالبا ما تظهر في سن الخامسة والعشرين الى الخمسين، وهو ما دفعنا لعقد هذا التحالف لحماية الشباب من هذا المرض الذي يعد من الأمراض المزمنة في حالة الإصابة به.
وقالت الدكتورة سوزان عطار الأستاذة بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز لـ«الشرق الأوسط» ان «نسبة التهابات المفاصل في السعودية لا تتجاوز 1 في المائة بينما تمثل خشونة العظام نسبة 6 في المائة». وأضافت «يجب التفريق بين هذه الأنواع خصوصا بين خشونة العظام والتهابات المفاصل التي تمثل نسبة الإصابة بها في السعودية اثنين في المائة نسبة الى عدد السكان، فيما تمثل النسب العالمية واحدا بالمائة بين سكان العالم وأن ما يشاع أن نسبة الإصابة تمثل ستة بالمائة هي تخص مرض خشونة العظام وهو نوع آخر.
الى ذلك كشفت دراسات علمية أعدها خبراء في مجال أمراض المفاصل والعظام أن مرض التهاب المفاصل يصيب الشباب من سن 25 الى الخمسين ويصيب النساء أكثر من الرجال بنسبة 75بالمائة أي أن في كل أربعة مصابين تمثل النساء ثلاثة منهم، مشيرة الى أن الروماتيزم يمثل 25 نوعاً، وان نحو 20 في المائة من سكان العالم مصابون بهذه الأنواع.
واستطردت الدكتورة سوزان عطار أن الإحصاءات أشارت الى أن نسبة إصابات النساء بالتهاب المفاصل تمثل 75 في المائة وذلك بسبب زيادة الهورمونات عند النساء رغم أن أسباب المرض غير معروفة، لكن يعد عدم انتظام جهاز المناعة في الجسم احد أهم الأسباب، إضافة الى الوراثة.
وأبانت أن أعراض المرض غالبا ما تظهر في سن الخامسة والعشرين الى الخمسين وهو ما دفعنا لعقد هذا التحالف لحماية الشباب من هذا المرض الذي يعد من الأمراض المزمنة في حالة الإصابة به.
وشددت عطار على ضرورة توجه المريض الذي يحس بأعراض المرض في اقرب فرصة الى الطبيب المعالج، وذلك لأن الدراسات أشارت الى أن تآكل المفاصل يبدأ بعد ثلاثة أشهر من بداية الأعراض وأن أي استشارة بعد ذلك تكون متأخرة. وحددت الدكتورة عطار أعراض الروماتيزم الأولية في الإحساس بانتفاخ في المفاصل والإحساس بآلام فيها خصوصا لدى السيدات بعد الحمل. وأبانت عطار أن العلاج المبكر للمريض يمكن المصاب من الاستمرارية في الحياة العادية من غير آلام ويشمل هذا العلاج الحقن عن طريق الوريد مرتين كل عام، إضافة الى العلاجات المرافقة. ومن جانب آخر أوصى الدكتور ميسرة طاهر أستاذ الصحة النفسية والعلاج النفسي بكلية الآداب بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز واستشاري العلاج النفسي بإقامة منتدى لمرضى المفاصل يتبادلون فيه الأفكار حول مشاكلهم المعنوية ويمارسون فيه التمارين

السادة الأطباء أن زيادة الهورمونات عند النساء هي السبب في هذا المرض
ونحن نريد أن نفهم: مانوع هذه الهرمونات التي تسبب هذا المرض ؟ طبعا وكعادتهم لم يذكروها .
وهل هذه الهرمونات عند النساء تسبب هذا المرض للنساء فقط ؟
أم أنها تكون سببا ايضا في اصابة ابنائهم بهذا المرض ؟
واذا كانت النساء تسبب للابناء هذا المرض فلماذا لا تظهر أعراض هذا المرض علي الاطفال وصغار السن ؟
ولماذا هذا المرض يصيب الشباب فقط بداية من سن 25 الى الخمسين ؟
فالسادة الباحثون الذين قالوا ان زيادة الهرمونات عند النساء هي السبب في هذا المرض
قد جانبهم الصواب وهذه النظرية غير صحيحة علي الاطلاق .
أما بالنسبة الي السادة الباحثون
الذين اعترفوا بأن هذا المرض اسبابه غير معروفة فقد اعترفوا بالحقيقة ونحن نشكرهم علي تلك المصداقية .

وقالوا أيضا
ان عدم انتظام جهاز المناعة في الجسم احد أهم الأسباب،
ولكن لم يذكروا الاسباب التي أدت الي ضعف جهاز المناعة وعدم انتظامه .
. وقالوا أيضا ان عامل الوراثة.أحد الاسباب . ولم يذكروا تفصيلا ما هو هذا العامل الوراثي .المسبب في هذا المرض
و هذا الكلام الغيرمعقول والغير منطقي مرفوض وغير مقبول ولا يجب أن يصدر عن هؤلاء الاطباء نهائيا ؟
وعموما : بالنسبة الي أمراض التهاب المفاصل التي تصيب الشباب وغير الشباب من الكبار
فهناك فرق واضح
وصريح في أسباب الاصابة لكلا المرحلتين العمريتين وان كانت الاسباب واحدة وترجع الي عنصر واحد وهو Dragon Virus
أولا: بالنسبة الي الشباب في عمر 25 عاما كما ذكر في الموضوع ::
نعلم جميعا بأن Dragon Virus لا يصيب الا من هم تخطوا مرحلة البلوغ فقد يصيب شابا في عمر العشرون
وقد يصيب آخر في عمر 21 وهكذا وهذه قاعدة عامة علي الجميع بالنسبة الي الذكور والي الاناث .
ثانيا: اذا أصاب دراجون فيروس شابا او فتاه في عمر العشرون
عاما فلا يمكن أن يصاب هذا الفتي أو تلك الفتاة بمرض التهاب المفاصل في عمر 25 عاما
فهذه الفترة الزمنية الخمس سنوات قصيرة جدا لا يتمكن فيها Dragon Virus
من صناعة المواد التي تتمكن من الوصول الي مناطق المفاصل وتعطيلها أو اصابتها بالاحتقانات والالتهابات .
ففي هذه المرحلة 25 عاما من العمر فنحن نستبعد Dragon Virus أن يكون هو السبب
المباشر في ظهور تلك الالتهابات في المفاصل
حتي لو كان موجودا بالفعل في جسم المريض .
ويكون السبب المباشر في ظهور تلك الالتهابات المفصلية هو الافرازات والدماء والسوائل
المرضية الضارة والملوثة الموروثة من الام أثناء فترة الحمل والتي تدخل في تكوين عظام الطفل وانسجته وخلاياه
وتظهر تلك الاحتقانات والالتهابات في هذا السن بالذات في المفاصل لانه سن الحيوية
والنشاط ونتيجة لأن المفاصل أكثر أعضاء الجسم في الحركة فدائما ما تجدها مرتفعة الطاقة الحارة والسخونة
مما يعمل علي تسخين وارتفاع نسبة الطاقة لتلك الافرازات والسوائل الموروثة
الحارة أصلا الموجودة بالمفاصل
وبالتالي تظهر تلك الالتهابات في الاماكن المصابة من المفاصل والتي تتركز فيها تلك الافرازات الضارة
مما يعمل علي ظهور تلك الاعراض للشباب في سن مبكره
ووجود تلك الاصابات عند النساء أكثر من الرجال ليس لزيادة الهرمونات عند النساء
فجميع النساء في العالم عندها نفس الهرمونات فهل الجميع مصابون بالتهاب المفاصل ؟
ونكرر بأن ظهور تلك الاعراض مرتبط بكثرة الحركة وارتفاع
حرارة المفاصل المصابة بالافرازات والسوائل المرضية الموروثة من الأم عند من هم دون الثلاثون عاما من العمر .

أما بالنسبة الي الكبار
ومن هم فوق سن الخامسة والثلاثون عاما
والاربعون فاذا ظهرت تلك الالتهابات المفصلية عندهم فمرجعها الي الاصابة ب Dragon Virus
شخصيا وبالتالي لابد أن تكون هناك أمراض عضوية أخري مصاحبة في مناطق متفرقة من الجسم..
رابعا : وهل كانت هذه الاعراض المرضية تستحق هذا التحالف من 400 طبيب عربي سعودي ؟
وقد كان في امكانية دارس واحد أو طبيب واحد ذو عقل راجح ولبيب القيام بتلك الدراسة منفردا .
وكتن في امكانه الوصول الي نتائج أفضل بكثير من هذه النتيجة المخزية لهذا العدد الضخم من الاطباء .
وكان من المفروض عدم نشر اي خبر او اي معلومات عن هذا التحالف " العار " علي العقل والفكر العربي
