الإنذار
كان مآل المريض سيئاً في السابق ولكن مع وجود الستيرويد وغلوبيولينات غاما والأدوية مضادة السرطان أصبحت فرص العلاج للمرضى أفضل بكثير، أكثر من 90% من المرضى تبقى حالاتهم مستقرة لسنوات عديدة هذه الأيام.
