حفل افتتاح كلية الطب اليوناني للطب البديل في مدينة المعرفة التابعة لجامعة مركز الثقافة السنية الإسلامية في محافظة كاليكوت الهندية.
وتعد الكلية الأولى من نوعها في ولاية كيرلا الهندية وتضم نخبة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتقدم أفضل الأساليب التعليمية الحديث
في طب الأعشاب اليوناني والعربي التقليدي، وستعمل على تطوير الطرق التقليدية في العلاج بأساليب وبرامج حديثة، وستشكل
تطوراً جذرياً في هذا المجال، حيث ستقوم الكلية بأبحاث ودراسات علمية بشكل متعمق وتحقيق طفرة كبيرة في هذا المجال. وشهد
الافتتاح الشيخ أبوبكر أحمد رئيس الجامعة وشيفا كومار وزير الصحة في ولاية كيرلا وعدد من السفراء المعتمدين في الهند وعدد من
المسؤولين من المملكة العربية السعودية والكويت وحشد كبير من الطلبة، وتعد الكلية جزءاً من مدينة المعرفة التابعة لجامعة مركز الثقافة
السنية الإسلامية في محافظة كاليكوت، وسيتم استكمال كافة المشاريع فيها عام 2020، وستقام عدة كليات وهي كلية الهندسة
وإدارة الأعمال وكلية تقنية المعلومات.
