مقدمة.
في الواقع لابد لنا من الاعتراف بالفرق الشاسع في التفكير بين العالم الغربي وبين العالم الشرقي والعربي بصفة خاصة .
فالعالم الغربي كما تعلمون عالم مادي وعلماني بطبعه بعكس العالم العربي الذي تحكمه قوانين السماء بما فيها من قانون البركة وقوانين الحسنات والايمان بالغيبيات .
ولنضرب مثلا علي ذلك :
ففي عالمنا العربي حكمة تقول : ان البركة في البكور .
وهي دعوة للاستيقاظ مبكرا قبل طلوع الشمس لمزاولة الاعمال والبركة تعني : الحصول علي الخير والرزق الكثير والمضاعف.
أما في العالم الغربي :فالامر مختلف تماما حيث ان هذا العالم لا يؤمن بشيء اسمه ( البركة ) لانها شيء غيبي .
فماذا سيقول اسوة بهذا القول العربي : قال : ان الطير المبكر يلحق بالدودة .
والمقصود منها : ان الطير( وهو شيئ ملموس ومرئي ) الذي يصحوا مبكرا يلحق بالدودة ( وهي ايضا شيئ مادي وملموس )
اي يلحق بالدود الذي يخرج من مكمنه ليلا ويعود مسرعا اليه قبل طلوع الشمس خوفا من عدوان الطير والحشرات .

فمن هنا ولعدم وجود قوانين مرجعية واساسية صحيحة وقويمة امام العالم الغربي يستند اليها وينطلق فكريا وعلميا منها  كان لابد له من اختلاق وابتكار الاسس والقواعد التي يستند اليها من بنات افكاره العلمانية والمادية ونسي انه قد يصيب وقد يخطيء واذا أصاب في أمر فستكوه اصابة مرهونة بفترة زمنية محددة وعليه بعد ذلك أن يفكر في الامر من جديد ليجد حلا آخر جديدا لنفس المشكلة.  واعتمد اعتمادا كبيرا في جزئية الطب والعلاج علي ماهو موجود من ظواهر ومحسوس وملموس من مواد داخل الجسد وبالتالي فانه لايتعامل مع  تلك الظواهر وماهو موجود وملموس الا بنفس الفلسفة ونفس المنطق المادي والعلماني . وبما ان العالم الغربي هو ربان سفينة الانقاذ الطبية العالمية فكان يجب ان يعلم انه عندما يقع في الخطأ فانه يجر العالم أجمع شرقه وغربه خلفه الي نفس المستنقع  ونفس الخطأ وبالتالي يغرق الجميع في بحر المشاكل المتراكمة .
السيدات والسادة .
هذا الموضوع يجعلنا نتسائل : كيف يفكر العلماء ؟ وما العلاقة التي تربط العلماء والمفكرون في مشارق الارض ومغاربها ببعضهم البعض ؟
 ففي موضوع ( القرآن والسرطان ) للمفكر العربي علي منصور . وجدنا أنه ترك الجزء الاول من الآية الكريمة وترك أيضا الجزء الاخير منها
واقتبس فقط الجزء الاوسط فقط الذي لا تكتمل علميته ومعلوماته الا بالاشتراك مع الجزئين الاول والاخير والذي تم اسقاطهما
 وبالتالي فقد أدلي صاحبنا بدلو كان فارغا أصلا وجانبه الصواب نهائيا .
وهنا في موضوعنا هذا والذي أتي الينا من أقصي بلاد الغرب : فقد وجدنا أيضا ان السادة العلماء والباحثون قد تركوا أسباب المرض ومسبباته وهو الجزء الاول
وله الافضلية والاسبقية بالبحث والدراسة وتركوا أيضا الجزء الاخير وهو أفضل وانسب مواد وطرق العلاج . وراحوا يبحثون في الجزئية الوسطي التي لا ولن تفيدهم شيئا وهي كيفية الكشف المبكر للورم السرطاني أي بعد أن تكون قد وقعت الواقعة وبعد أن يكون قد تربع الورم في جسد صاحبه .
فما هي العلاقة التي تربط الفكر الغربي بالفكر الشرقي ؟

وعندما نلقي نظرة علي موضوعنا فسنجد انه يقول : 

المدينة نيوز:- أظهرت دراسة أمريكية حديثة، أجراها طاقم من جامعة أركنسو (UAMS) أن الكلاب تستطيع التفرقة بين عينات بول مرضى سرطان الغدة الدرقية وبين عينات بول الأصحاء.
الكلب "فرانكي" تم تدريبه جيداً على شم رائحة الورم السرطاني في مراحله المبكرة، ومن بين 34 حالة، نجح في تشخيص 30 حالة، أي بنسبة نجاح 88%.
يذكر أن سرطان الغدة الدرقية مازال حالة نادرة، وطريقة التشخيص المألوفة تكون عبر فحص الدم لفحص مستوى الهرمونات.
الخلايا السرطانية هي خلايا فاسدة تخرج عن نطاق السيطرة، ولها كميات خاصة من الهرمونات، وتفرز مواد عضوية ذات رائحة داخل الجسم، ونظراً لأن الكلاب تستوعب الروائح أكثر من البشر بـ 10 أضعاف، فإن بمقدورها شم تلك المواد التي تنبعث من الأورام السرطانية، ومن ثم نجح الكلب المدرب أيضاً في رصد أورام سرطانية في الأمعاء والرئة.
وعن الإنجاز الجديد، قال الدكتور دونالد بودنر لشبكة BBC news: "خلال السنوات القليلة القادمة سيبدأ المجتمع الطبي في تطوير تلك الخاصية"، مشيراً إلى أن الخطوة القادمة ستكون العمل على تطوير أنف إلكتروني يستطيع فحص السرطان.

هي إحدى الكليات لتدريس الطب في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. تقع في مدينة ليتل روك في ولاية أركنسو الأمريكية.

ونري الباحث الذي يضع العينات البولية الي الكلب فستجدون انه يطير فرحا وسعادة عندما يجلس الكلب مقابلة العينة المصابة.
اذن هو يعلم مسبقا بان هذه العينة مصابة . فماذا أضاف اليه الكلب من معلومات وما الجديد الذي اضافه له ؟
ولنفرض ان هذا الباحث كان يجهل ان هذه العينة مصابة والكلب أكد اصابتها له  . فماذا هو فاعل بعد ذلك للعلاج ؟وهل هو يملك العلاج أصلا ؟

ولنفرض أنه يستطيع علاج هذا الورم . فهل يستطيع القضاء علي أسباب الورم التي صنعته في جسم المريض ؟

وهل يستطيع منع الورم من الظهور مرة أخري في أي مكان آخر في الجسم ؟
 عجبا ! وألف عجبا ! فهل الحيوان يملك عقلا وحسا وفكرا أقضل من الانسان ؟ وهذا الكلام يعني ان علي الناس ان تنتظر الاصابة ووقوع المصيبة أولا ثم يأتي دور السيد الاستاذ والخبير الامريكي ( فرانكي ) للكشف علي بول المريض لمعرفة هل تمت الاصابة بالمرض ام لا . واني لاتسائل :   وهل في معرفة ذلك تحل المشكلة ؟ ويتم علاج المريض ؟ وهل هو يملك وسيلة للعلاج أصلا ؟ أم ان المريض مع ذلك وهو تحت رعايتكم الطبية الفائقة يموت بعد عدة أشهر أو بضع سنوات ؟
 واين الانجاز العلمي في ذلك ؟
 فالانجاز العلمي الصحيح اذا اردتموه فهو يكون في ثلاث حالات فقط :
الاولي : ابتكار ما يمنع الاصابة بالسرطان نهائيا . هذا قبل الاصابة
والثانية : هو ابتكار علاج نهائي للسرطان بلا عودة . وهذا بعد وقوع الاصابة .
والثالثة : ابتكار علاج يمنع اصابة الانسان بالمرض نهائيا . بداية من الصداع والبرد والزكام والقولون وصولا الي المزمنات باشكالها المختلفة.
فهذه هي فقط الحالات الثلاث التي يطلق عليها مسمي ولقب الانجازات والتي يجب ان تفكر فيها العقول  وتنفق من اجلها الاموال .
 وتوفر لها الادوات والمعدات والامكانيات .
وبهذه المناسبة سأهديهم فكرة لعلهم يستفيدوا منها ولاوفر عليهم الوقت والجهد والاموال .وخوفا من ان ألقي ربي دون أن أترك لهم خيطا من نور يهتدون بهديه.
فاذا كنت تريد ايها الباحث أوالمفكر حقا ان تمنع اصابة الانسان بجميع اشكال وانواع المرض المعروفة نهائيا .
فعليك بالعمل جاهدا الوصول الي علاج واحد يمنع اصابة الانسان نهائيا بأعراض القولون والصداع والبرد والزكام  فقط .
فاذا ما وصلت وابتكرت هذا العلاج فقد قضيت علي المرض بانواعه في عقر داره وانتهي أمره نهائيا والي الابد .
فهذا هو مايجب ان نطلق عليه لقب : الانجاز العظيم . ويستحقه عن جدارة .

يا خيبة أمل المجتمع الطبي الذي سيعمل علي تطوير تلك الخاصية ..وماذا سيستفيد منها المجتمع الطبي أو العالم  أصلا ؟
وهل المطلوب من العالم أجمع أن يقيم الحفلات  ويرفع الزينات ويغني ويرقص احتفالا وابتهاجا بقدوم الانف الالكتروني . أم ماذا ؟
ولماذا انف الكتروني أصلا طالما  الكلب يؤدي المهمة التي تطلبها . أم انك غاوي مصاريف ونفقات وخلاص بلا أدني فائدة تعود علي العالم في مقابلها ؟

ولنفرض أنك اكتشفت السرطان مبكرا فماذا ستفعل عندئذ ؟ وهل تغتقد أنك ستستطيع منعه من الانتشار قي الجسم دون أن تقضي علي الاسباب التي صنعته ؟

لأنه اذا لم تعالج ويقضي علي تلك الاسباب فسوف يعود الورم السرطاني مع غيره من الاعراض المرضية الجديدة للظهور مرة أخري .
