A new study indicated that drinking a lot of coffee increases life expectancy by more than two years, and also identified the ideal number of cups of coffee per day.
And a European medical journal published studies that two cups of coffee a day raise the average lifespan by about two years, above the normal rate, according to the "CTV" website.
The researchers reviewed 40 previous studies related to the issue of coffee drinking and life expectancy, and the research was approved in the case of more than 3.8 million participants and 450 thousand deaths.
The study said that drinking two cups of coffee a day increases life expectancy, compared to people who do not drink coffee at all.
A previous study in 2017 indicated that drinking 3 or 4 cups of coffee reduces the incidence of heart disease and increases life expectancy.
The study indicated that drinking coffee "in moderation" will increase life expectancy by about two years, regardless of a person's age and health habits
