وهل في الامكان الوقاية منها نهائيا ؟ وكيف سيكون ذلك ؟؟؟
وسنتعرض لهذا الموضوع وهو امراض الجهاز الهضمي من عدة جوانب في محاولة منا لالقاء الضوء
علي كافة جوانبه من اسباب واعراض مرضية واعراض علاجية وعمل الجهاز المناعي وكيفية العلاج الصحيح والدقيق
وايضا سنشرح لكم تفصيلا الاخطاء الطبية التي تحدث علاجيا لتصحيح المسار الطبي والعلاجي لتلك الامراض
وبالتالي سنشرح لكم بعض المفاهيم الخاطئة عن هذا الموضوع .

ثم الي التدخين والكحوليات تارة أخري وقد ذهب البعض الي ابعد من ذلك ايضا عندما توهموا الوهم الاكبر
وارجعوها والقوا بتبعاتها الي النباتات المخدرة ومشتقاتها .
وخوفا ورعبا من كلمة لا أعلم فقذ ذهب البعض الآخر الي اختلاق اسباب ما انزل الله بها من سلطان فقالوا :
ترجع الاضطرابات الهضمية الي العادات الخاطئة في الأكل، والاعتماد بشكل شبه أساسي على الوجبات السريعة.
ونمط الحياة، والنظام الغذائي، والتغيرات الحياتية التي قد يتعرض لها الفرد ،
بل وتجلي الجهل في ابهي صوره عندما قالوا :
أ-البقول: مثل الحمص، الفول، الفلافل،العدس، الماش وأنواع مختلفة من الخضراوات والتي
ينتج عن هضمها كميات من الغازات المسببة للإضرابات الهضمية.
ب-الحليب: وكذلك من الممكن أن يشتكي المريض من سوء هضم الحليب المسبب في كثير من
الأحيان إلى انبعاث كمية كبيرة من الغازات أثناء عملية الهضم ويشتكي 40% من المرضى من صعوبة هضم سكر الحليب .
ج-العلكة: والتقليل من مضغ العلكة والتي تساعد على ابتلاع كمية كبيرة من الغازات أثناء عملية المضغ.
د-المشروبات الغازية: بأنواعها المختلفة حيث أنها تحتوي على كميات من غاز ثاني أكسيد
الكربون مما يؤدي إلى انتفاخ في منطقة البطن واضطرابات في الجهاز الهضمي
ولن نطيل عليكم فخيبة الامل اكبر من ذلكم بكثير.
وكانت تلك الاسباب والمسببات الواهية والوهمية والمضللة هي من مد يد العون للمرض وشد من أزره
وزادته قوة الي قوته وجعلته كالنار التي اذا أصابة الانسان لم تتركه الا وهو جثة هامدة .
ونسوا أو وتناسوا ذلك الاخطبوط الاعظم الذي لابد من وجوده ليضع حجر الاساس الاول في بنيان المرض في الجسم البشري
والذي بمجرد اقتحامه للجسم يتوجه مباشرة الي المعدة ثم ينتقل الي الأمعاء. ولكن لماذا يختار المعدة بالذات ؟
واختياره للمعدة ليبدأ منها رحلة الهدم والتنكيل ماهو الا تصديقا لحديث رسولنا الكريم حيث قال :
( المعدة بيت الداء )
وعندما يجد الملجأ المناسب له بين طيات الخلايا العصبية لجدار المعدة يبدأ في ارسال طاقة حارة جدا الي الخلايا المحيطة به
فأول ما يشعر بذلك الفيروس هو الجهاز المناعي
وتبدأ أولا المعركة الأزلية بينهما فالفيروس مهاجم والجهاز المناعي مدافع أناء الليل وأطراف النهار الي أن ينهك الجهاز المناعي
ويضعف ولا يستطيع المقاومة ويسلم الامر عندئذ لله .
وأول الاعراض المرضية التي يشعر بها المريض حينذاك هو الشعور باضطراب في جهازه العصبي عموما
والتهاب في المعدة اي ارتفاع نسبة وحدة الطاقة بالمعدة .
ويبدأ في استخدام مالذ وطاب من أدوية وعلاجات التبريد للمعدة يتحول الامر بعد فترة الي حموضة المعدة بعد ان ي
ضعف جدارها ولا تقوي علي هضم الطعام وبعد ذلك يحدث الضعف لجدار المعدة وتبدأ تظهر مشكلة نوبات القيء الحادة والغثيان
ويتبعها عسر الهضم والأنيميا ثم فقر الدم والضعف العام.
ونتيجه لذلك ومن هنا تبدأ رحلة عذاب المريض مع المرض ..
و الشعور بالاعراض النفسية والعصبية والتي يدورها مرتبطة ارتباط وثيق جدا بذلك الفيروس
وقد يتطور الامر في كثير من الأحيان الي الاكتئاب ويكون دائما وابدا بعد فترة زمنية بسيطة
من تواجد ذلك الفيروس في جسم المريض في بعض الاحيان . واحيانا أخري قد يحدث الاكتئاب بعد فنرة زمنية طويله
عند أصحاب الاجسام القوية والتي تزداد أعراضه في الحدة مع ضعف البنية الجسدية وضعف المناعة الي ان تتجلي في ابهي صورها
عندما تتواجد بعض الكائنات الحية الدقيقة كالفطريات والبكتريا الضارة بالجسد نتيجة سيطرت الافرازات المرضية
حادة الطاقة وتفوقها في الكم والحدة علي سوائل وافرازات الجسد الطبيعية ويصبح الجسد بيئة مناسبة لنمو وتكاثر هذه الكائنات.
ثم تمتد تلك الافرازات من المعدة للسيطرة والتعلق بجدار بعض خلايا الجهاز الهضمي لتبدأ عملية تعطيل هذه الخلايا المعوية
عن تأدية وظيفتها في هضم الطعام وامتصاصه ولتسيطر بعد فترة اخري علي بقية جدار الامعاء . ليظهر لنا عسر الهضم
وتزداد هذه الاعراض والاعطال حدة مع مرور الوقت .
والكارثة الكبري تحدث عندما تمتص الأمعاء بعضا أو جزءا من هذه الافرازات والسوائل مع امتصاصها للمواد الغذائية
وترسلها الي الخلايا والأعضاء ومن هنا تظهر لنا أعراض يتم تشخيصها علي انها تسمم مع ظهور
التهابات الحلق واللوزتين وطنين الأذن وتبدأ بعض البثور والاحتقانات تظهر علي مناطق مختلفة من الجسم
نتيجة لدفع الجهاز المناعي للافرازات الضارة مرتفعة الطاقة الي ناحية الجلد للتخلص منها عن طريق العرق
وتظهر لنا اعراض الحكة والهرش والبقع الجلدية وخلافه الي ان تأتي مرحلة ظهور الاميبا ونوبات الامساك الحاد
وكذلك الاسهال الحاد والدوسنتاريا واعراض القولون
وقد تقضي علي الزائدة الدودية بعد احكام سيطرتها علي الامعاء الغليظة والقولون .
مع ظهور نوبات المغص الحاد وآلام البطن المتكررة
ولنا وقفة أخري في وقت آخر في هذه الجزئية بالذات لنتحدث عن
