Zainab's journey of suffering with her first child Mustafa, who has a rare disease that made the child need to grow a digestive system in a rare process that needs $2 million, cannot be provided by the mother and no other way for the child to survive, which made her resort to social media to share the story of her son who has been fighting the disease since childhood.
Zainab Mohab told her story with her child to "Al Arabiya.net", who was born at the eighth month of pregnancy, and was placed in the nursery for lack of oxygen during his birth, and at the age of one she noticed that he does not walk or crawl, and with her question to doctors was described as a normal condition that occurs in many cases among children.
"At the age of two, I went to a lot of doctors who did an MRI, and it turned out that the centers in the brain responsible for walking and speaking were affected by hypoxia at the time of birth, and they assured me that in this case he would not be able to walk or talk."
"I didn't give up and i finished my job to look for treatment and follow up with doctors and I treated him through 6-month sessions for 12 hours a day, and he was actually able to walk after six months," she said.
Rare disease
Mustafa's mother explained that he was diagnosed with a rare disease called SIBO, a disease that affects the digestive systems and their efficiency, causes their impact on the pancreas, and causes diabetes.
"The cost of the surgery to implant the digestive system needed by the child outside Egypt reached $2 million, and few doctors can perform it and an Egyptian doctor abroad," she said.
Zainab seeks to undergo her child surgery that needs a large amount, her son performed two surgeries, after the diagnosis of the Egyptian doctor Dr. Karim Abu Al-Majd, head of the department of gastroenterology and bowel transplantation at Cleveland Hospital abroad for his condition was removed colon, which turned out to be suffering from gangrene, so he had to
from its removal, and there was a significant improvement in the child's condition.
Significant deterioration
But since last April, a year and a half after the operation, the mother has noticed a significant deterioration in his condition and significant weakness, and there have been no solutions other than intravenous nutrition, which was a problem for his condition because of his allergies to this type of nutrition, in addition to suffering from diabetes, so the transplant is the only hope of his condition.
Mustafa was able to attend school with his children's normal age, but he was bulldooked by his classmates, and his mother hopes to treat her child and the success of the surgery needed for him.

مرض نادر يهدد حياة طفل مصري
رحلة من المعاناة عاشتها زينب مع طفلها الأول مصطفى المصاب بمرض نادر جعل الطفل يحتاج لزراعة جهاز هضمي بعملية نادرة تحتاج لمبلغ مليوني دولار، لا تستطيع الأم أن توفرهما ولا سبيل آخر لنجاة الطفل، ما جعلها تلجأ لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لمشاركة قصة نجلها الذي يحارب المرض منذ طفولته.
فقد روت زينب مهاب قصتها مع طفلها لـ"العربية.نت" الذي ولد في الشهر الثامن من الحمل، وتم وضعه في الحضانة لنقص الأوكسجين أثناء ولادته، ومع بلوغه العام لاحظت أنه لا يمشي ولا يزحف، ومع سؤالها للأطباء كان وصفهم أنها حالة طبيعية تحدث في حالات كثيرة بين الأطفال.
وتابعت مع بلوغه العامين وتوجهي للكثير من الأطباء قمنا بعمل تصوير الرنين المغناطيسي، وتبين أن المراكز في المخ المسؤولة عن المشي والكلام تأثرت من نقص الأوكسجين في وقت الولادة، وأكدوا لي أنه في هذه الحالة لن يستطيع المشي أو الكلام.
كما تابعت "لم أستسلم وتفرغت من عملي لكي أبحث عن علاج له وأتابع مع أطباء وقمت بعلاجه عن طريق جلسات استغرقت 6 أشهر لمدة 12 ساعة يومياً، وبالفعل تمكن من المشي بعد 6 أشهر".
مرض نادر
وأوضحت والدة الطفل مصطفى، أنه تم تشخيصه بمرض نادر يسمى SIBO وهو مرض يؤثر علي أجهزة الجهاز الهضمي وعلى كفاءتها، وتسبب بتأثيره على البنكرياس، وإصابته بمرض السكري.
كذلك أضافت "وصلت تكلفة العملية الجراحية بزراعة الجهاز الهضمي التي يحتاجها الطفل خارج مصر مليوني دولار، وقلة من الأطباء يستطيعون إجراءها ويقوم بها أحد الأطباء المصريين في الخارج".
وتسعى زينب أن يخضع طفلها للعملية الجراحية التي تحتاج لمبلغ كبير، فقد أجرى نجلها عمليتين جراحيتين، فبعد تشخيص الطبيب المصري الدكتور كريم أبو المجد، رئيس قسم جراحات الجهاز الهضمي وزراعة الأمعاء بمستشفى كليفلاند الأميركية له في الخارج لحالته تم استئصال القولون الذي اتضح له أنه يعاني من غرغرينا فيه، لذلك كان لابد
من استئصاله، وكان هناك تحسن كبير في حالة الطفل.
تدهور كبير
ولكن منذ شهر أبريل الماضي بعد مرور عام ونصف على العملية، لاحظت الأم تدهورا كبيرا في حالته وضعفا بشكل كبير، ولم يكن هناك حلول غير التغذية الوريدية التي كانت مشكلة بالنسبة لحالته لمعاناته من الحساسية تجاه هذا النوع من التغذية، بالإضافة إلى معاناته من مرض السكر، لذلك تمثل عملية الزراعة الأمل الوحيد لحالته.
إلى ذلك، استطاع مصطفى الالتحاق بالمدرسة مع سن أطفاله الطبيعي، ولكنه تعرض للكثير من التنمر من زملائه بالمدرسة، وتأمل والدته في علاج طفلها ونجاح العملية الجراحية اللازمة له.

من الخطأ اجراء اي عمليات جراحية لهذا الطفل .
فقد اجريت له عملية سابقة وبعد فترة زمنية انتكس وساءت حاته وهكذا .ولكن لماذا وكيف اصيب هذا الطفل بالمرض ؟
فيجب السيطرة علي المرض وليس استئصال الاعضاء ورميها في سلة المهملات
فالاعضاء المريضة حتي لو كانت متقيحة اذا اوقنا ورفعنا عنها المرض واسبابه فستبني نفسها مرة اخري وتعود خلايا طبيعية في عدة ايام .
فاجهزة الاطفال وخلاياهم قابلة للنمو والتجديد بخلاف من هم فوق السبعون عاما
ومن الواضح جدا ان الام مصابة بفيروس معوي اسمه " دراجون فيروس "
وذلك قبل الزواج بعدة سنوات وبالتالي فقد كانت فترة حملها بهذا الطفل من اصعب الفترات فقد كانت مريضة ومجهدة ومرهقة معطم فترات الحمل
وبالتالي فان المواد اللازمة لتغذية الطفل وبناء خلاياه وانسجته وهو في الرحم من دماء وسوائل وافراات كانت ليست بالجودة الكافية
وتحمل من الشوائب والعوالق والطاقة الحارة ما أثر هلي اعضاء الطفل وخلاياه بالنقص في النمو الطبيعي والاكتمال .
وبالتالي يمرص الطفل وهو في الرحم قبل الولادة وما بعدها بقدر ما تم امتصاصه من الام من افرازات ومواد غير طبيعية
واصبحت جوءا لا يتجزأ من مكونات خلاياه وأنسجته .
وقد أعلنا سابقا : بأن طاقة هذا الفيروس الحارة يمكنها التسرب بالاشعاع الي خارج جسم المصاب والتسلط علي اي فرد من افراد الاسرة
مما يصيبه بالمرض وبالتالي تزداد حالته سوءا علي سوء .
وخاصة اذا كانت الام مصابة بهذا الفيروس فانها تكون مصدر مشاكل مرضية للزوج وللاطفال
وخاصة اذا كان الطفل مصابا ببعض تلك الافرازات الضارة من الام أثناء فترة الحمل .
وهناك دراسة امريكية بعذا الشأن قد تم الاعلان عنها ونشرها منذ عدة سنوات .
تؤكد ذلك الامر الذي قد سبق واكتشفناه منذ حوالي 25 عاما علي الاقل .
واختصارا للموضوع
فان الطفل مرتبط مع الام مرضيا ولن يشفي بأي شكل الا بشفاء الام من الامراض التي تعاني منها
وهذا قانون يجب العمل بمقتضاه طبيا وعلاجيا .
فاذا ما تم ذلك فستتم رفع معاناة الاطفال حول العالم وحل مشاكلهم المرضية نهائيا
وخصوصا حالات مرض الاطفال الغريبة والنادرة والسرطان ومرض السكر وهكذا .
