 رفضت الشابة  ( ن ) الكشف عن اسمها أو أي تفصيل من تفاصيل حياتها فهي ( قد ) تستوعب أنها وقعت فريسة مرض غريب ونادر لا يرحم ينهش جسدها من الداخل حرقا وهي تتفرج , و (ربما ) تستوعب فكرة الموت البطيئ ..وربما .. وربما ..فكل ذلك تحت مظلة الرحمة الإلهية " يهون " , إلا أن كبرياءها لم يسمح لها بعد أن تستوعب إضطرارها إلى صرخة تأخذ شكل " نداء " للجهات الرسمية أو طلب " مساعدة " ممن ( قد) يهمه الأمر .

وحول المرض أفادت الدكتورة "   سيلفا اشخانيان " أنه " داء استقلابي ادخاري يسبب عوز الأنزيم ألفا غالاكتوزيداز A  ( الذي يؤدي اضطراب في استقلاب غليكوسفينغوليبيد مما يؤدي إلى تراكم مادة سيفيغوليبيد ( وهي من الشحيمات السكرية ) في الجلد و الأحشاء " , مشيرة أن المرض اسمه " داء فابري ( Fabry disase   )"  .

و أضافت أن المرض " يبدأ في مرحلة الطفولة أو الشباب بنوب ألمية شديدية في الأطراف وظهور آفات وعائية جلدية , نقص تعرق و إصابة عينية ثم يتطور المرض مع العمر ليصيب الكلية , القلب و الأوعية الدماغية " .

وأشارت أن العرض الأكثر إزعاجا هو " الألم الحارق " بشكل نوبي أو مستمر في الراحتين و الأخمصين , و أحيانا آلام في الخاصرة و البطن تقلّد آلام التهاب الزائدة الدودية أو القولنج الكلوي " .

يبدأ المرض بنقط سوداء حارقة  .. لينتهي بإصابات قلبية ودماغية و ...(.)
و أوضحت " اشخانيان " أن " الإصابة القلبية و الدماغية و الكلوية تظهر عادة في العقد الثالث أو الرابع من العمر بسبب تراكم غليكوسفينغوليبيد في الأوعية الدموية, و تظهر الأعراض مع تقدم العمر كأعراض خناق أو احتشاء قلب أو ارتفاع ضغط أو قصور قلب احتقاني " .

وتابعت "  وأما في الدماغ فتظهر أعراض نقص تروية دماغية أو أمهات دم أو نوب اختلاج أو شلل , و أما إصابة الكلية فتسبب بيلة بروتينية وحتى قصور كلية " .

و أضافت " و أيضا إصابة عينية تظهر في القرنية , العدسة الملتحمة و الشبكية إضافة إلى إصابات أخرى مثل إلتهاب قصبات مزمن , زلة تنفسية , وذمة لمفية , دوالي , إسهال , إقياء , آلام , فقر دم " .

برسم وزارة الصحة .."أو " من يهمه الأمر !!

وحول المعالجة أفادت " طبيعة الألم الحارق و إزمان وتطور المرض عبر السنوات يمكن أن يقعد المريض ويعيقه من متابعة حياته الطبيعية , لذا لابد من تخفيف الأعراض بالمسكنات المركزية وبعض الأدوية العصبية " .

وأكدت أن العلاج الرئيسي و الأساسي يكون بتعويض الأنزيم الناقص " ألفا غالاكتوزيداز A  " والمتوفر في السنوات الأخيرة ويجب أن يُباشر به باكرا قدر الإمكان عند تشخيص المرض " . 

ورغم أن ( ن ) و أثناء وجودها في مكتب عكس السير تناولت " المسكنات " إلى أن الألم كان ظاهرا رغم مكابرتها , فإلى متى ستظل تكابر و إلى متى سيبقى جسدها يتجاوب مع المسكنات و إلى متى ...و إلى ....متى ( سؤال برسم الرحمة و الراحة ) .

 هذا الموضوع وذلكم التقرير : ينقصه بعض المعلومات  الهامة ولكننا سنستنبطها من فحوي الموضوع .
وطالما لم يتم ادراج مرحلة ماقبل البلوغ لهذه الفتاة وما اذا كانت قد تعرضت فيها لمشاكل مرضية من عدمه
فسنسقطها نحن بالتالي وسنعتبر انها خلال فترة ما قبل البلوغ  وحتي مرحلة الجامعة كانت بصحة جيدة ولم تتعرض لاي نوع من انواع الاعراض المرضية .
نتيجة لافرازات وسوائل مرضية تكون قد ورثتها من الام .
وبناءا علي ذلك وكما ذكر انها قد شعرت بهذه الاعراض  بعد تخرجها من الجامعة  اي بعد مرحلة البلوغ بعدة سنوات حيث عانت من نقط سوداء في قدميها لم تكن تتصور أن في هذا السواد جحيم من الألم و إحساس بالــ " حرق " لا يتوقف باتت من ورائه تتمنى الموت  ..كي ترتاح .

فقد تعرضت هذه الفتاة للاصابة بدراجون بعد مرحلة البلوغ وهذا ليس بغريب فاكثر من  55 % من  سكان الكرة الارضية مصابون بهذا الفيروس
وبات الامر شيئا طبيعيا جدا حتي بين الاطباء انفسهم  وللاسف لا يملكون لانفسهم ولا لذويهم نفعا .

 و بعد مرور فترة زمنية تقدر بثلاث سنوات تكونت في جسد الفتاة  تلك الافرازات والسوائل  ذات الطاقة الحادة والحارقة بفعل ذلكم الفيروس .
والتي يعاني منها وبسببها المرضي في جميع بقاع الارض وغربا وشرقا . وكما اعلنا سابقا في احد موضوعاتنا بانه لو هناك مرضي فوق سطح كوكب المريخ
 أوالمجموعة الشمسية بكاملها  فانهم سيكونون مرضي بسبب ذلك القيروس وافرازاته .
وما نعنيه وما نقصده بكلمة المرض هو : جميع الاعراض المرضية التي تصيب الانسان ذاتية وطبيعية التكوين والتي لم يتدخل في صناعتها مؤثر خارجي .

واذا لم يتم علاجها العلاج الصحيح خلال تلك الفترة الحالية فانها سوف تتعرض لما لذ وطاب من انواع الامراض المزمنة والخطيرة مستقبلا ومع مرور الوقت .

وبالطبع اسقطت المرحلة الاولي المرضية من حساباتها .. ولكن ما اسباب كل ذلك يا سيدتي ؟

ويجب ان أذكر تلك السيدة : بان نقص هذا الانزيم  في حد ذاته هو عرض مرضي نتيجة خلل طرأ علي الغدد او الخلايا
التي تنتجه في الجسد . وان نقص هذا الانزيم في الجسد ليس هو السبب في المرض . واذا كان نقص هذا الانزيم في الجسد هو سبب ذلك المرض . فما السبب الذي منع الجسد من افراز هذا الانزيم ؟ فكيف اسند وارجع الاصابة بعرض مرضي الي عرض مرضي آخر ؟ وطالما انهما عرضان مرضيان فلابد من وجود مسبب آخر كان الاصل في صناعتهما وصناعة اي اعراض مرضية اخري مصاحبة لهما .وليس ذلك فحسب . بل هو الاصل ايضا في الاصابة باي اعراض مرضية ستظهر لنا مستقبلا .
