وسنتناول هذا الموضوع وذلك المرض بالشرح والتحليل لكشف اسراره الغامضة
ولمعرفة ماهيته وما يعنيه. تفصيلا .
فقد قالوا اولا :
مرض بهجت، أو داء بهجت، هو التهاب مناعي يصيب الأوعية الدموية، ويسبب تقرحات في الفم والأعضاء التناسلية،
 تكون مصحوبة بإصابات في العين، والمفاصل، والجلد، والجهاز الهضمي. ولا يعرف له سبب حقيقي حتى الآن...

ونفس المشكلة العالمية والدولية تتكرر هنا مع هذا المرض .
الا وهي الصمت الرهيب امام الاعراض الاولي وامام المرض في مراحله الاولي
وعلاجه بعلاجات وهمية تعمل علي زيادته في الكم
والحدة مع مرور الوقت وحتي يستفحل ويتمكن ويسيطر علي الجسد سيطرة كاملة .
فهذا المرض لم يظهر فجأة بمثل هذه الحدة وبهذه القوة وبهذه الشراسة بل كانت قبل ذلك بسنوات اخف من ذلك بكثير
ولو كان قد تم التعامل مع دراجون او افرازاته في المرحلة الاولي فسيكون
من المستحيل ان تصل الاعراض بالمريض الي هذا الحد المذكور من الحدة ومن القوة .

ثم قالوا ثانيا:
وأول ما وصف المرض بوجود ثلاث علامات مميزة هي: تقرحات الفم وتقرحات الأعضاء التناسلية والتهاب جزء من العين
 يسمى "العنبية"، ثم بدأت علامات وأعراض المرض بالتوسع، حتى عُرف أنه نوع من التهاب الأوعية
الذي يصيب عدة أجهزة في الجسم. فهو يصيب الأوعية، والجهاز العصبي، والجهاز الهضمي، ونادراً
 ما يصيب الكلى، ويشخص المرض، في أكثر الحالات بناء على أعراضه ومن خلال فحص المريض.

وهذا كلام جميل وموضوعي ومتناسق
حيث ان الاعراض الثلاثة الاولي التي ذكرها المريض هي :
تقرحات الفم وتقرحات الأعضاء التناسلية والتهاب جزء من العين يسمى "العنبية.
ولكننا نكرر اسفنا هنا ايضا بالنسبة لهذا المريض لعدم
 اهتمامه وعدم ملاحظته المرض الا وهو في المرحلة الثانية المرضية اي بعد اكقر من 10 سنوات
من اصابته بدراجون وللاسف ايضا لم يتم ذكر عمر المريض بالموضوع حتي يتثني لنا
التحديد الزمني بدقة اكثر لاننا كما ذكرنا سابقا مرارا وتكرارا بان ذلك الفيروس
 لايصيب الانسان الا بعد مرحلة البلوغ وحتي عمر الخامسة والثلاثون ونادرا ما تصيبه بعد ذلك.
فقد ذكر المريض ثلاثة اعراض اولي علي حد تعبيره وجميعها تتمثل في الالتهابات ومعني اختلاف اماكن الاصابة وتعدد اماكنها
فان اماكن الاصابة المذكورة تنبؤنا وتخبرنا بان الافرازات المرضية منتشرة انتشار كبير جدا بجسد المريض
بداية من النصف السفلي للجسد وهو الاعضاء التناسلية صاعدة الي اعلي حتي الفم وجزء من العين .
والغريب ان المريض لم يذكر الحالة النفسية السيئة وكذلك التوتر العصبي
الشديد ولا مشاكل المعدة او القولون وكذلك الآلام الروماتيزمية المتفرقة

ثم بدأت علامات وأعراض المرض بالتوسع، حتى عُرف أنه نوع من
التهاب الأوعية الذي يصيب عدة أجهزة في الجسم. فهو يصيب الأوعية، والجهاز العصبي، والجهاز الهضمي،
 ونادراً ما يصيب الكلى، ويشخص المرض، في أكثر الحالات بناء على أعراضه ومن خلال فحص المريض.

نعم وهذا كلام جميل وموضوعي وحقيقي جدا. فلابد للاعراض المرضية ان تتوسع وتستفحل وتتضاعف في الجسد وهذا شيء
طبيعي لزيادة الافرازات المرضية في الكم والحدة مع مرور الوقت من ناحية ولضعف الجسد وضعف اجهزته ودفاعاته من ناحية اخري .
وملاحظة اخري قوية هنا :
فلم بتم ذكر اصابة الجهاز العصبي الا الان والمرض في مرحلته الثالثة تقريبا مع انه اول جهاز اصيب بالمرض
وايضا لم يتم ذكر الجهاز الهضمي الا عند ذكر توسع المرض واستفحاله مع انه الجهاز الثاني في الاصابة بالمرض
يمعني ان الجهاز العصبي والجهاز الهضمي تتم اصابتهم بالمرض في يداية تكوين وحضانة المرض في الجسد .
أما من ناحية قوله: ونادرا ما يصيب الكلي فكان احري به ان يقول وكثيرا مايصيب الكلي .

ثم قال ايضا :
وينتشر هذا المرض في بعض الأجزاء من العالم مثل، الشرق الأقصى والشرق الأوسط، وكذلك حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط. وأشهر الأقطار التي ينتشر فيها المرض هي: اليابان، كوريا، الصين، إيران، تركيا، تونس والمغرب، وتتراوح نسبة حدوثه ما بين 1/10.000 في اليابان، إلى ثلاثة أشخاص من كل ألف شخص في تركيا، بينما تقل نسبة حدوثه في شمال أوروبا لتصبح حوالي 1/300.000. كذلك فقد وجدت حالات قليلة في الولايات المتحدة وأستراليا

وهذا صحيح فانتشار موضوع الاصابة بتلك الفيروسات منتشر في العالم العربي والاسلامي بالاضافة للصين
والهند وباكستان وماليزيا انتشارا رهيبا وتقل حدته وكميته في دول اوربا وامريكا .

وقال ايضا :
ويعتبر مرض بهجت نادر الحدوث عند الأطفال، حتى في الأماكن الجغرافية التي ذكرت سابقاً
 والتي ينتشر فيها المرض. ولا تكتمل صورة المرض عند الأطفال الأصغر من 16 سنة، إلا في ٪3 فقط من المرضى

الله اكبر ملحوظة هامة جدا وحيوية وعلمية
حيث اننا فد ذكرنا سابقا بان هذا القيروس لا يصيب الاطفال نهائيا وحتي يصل الي مرحلة المراهقة والبلوغ
وهذا قانون هام
أما بالنسبة لقوله : ولا تكتمل صورة المرض عند الأطفال الأصغر من 16 سنة، إلا في ٪3 فقط من المرضى
فقد تكون هذه النسبة ٪3 قد امتصت وورثت كمية كبيرة وحادة من تلك الافرازات المرضية من الام اثناء فترة الحمل وبالتالي فلابد من ظهور
بعض تلك الاعراض عليها وهذا شيء طبيعي .

وايضا قال :وهذه معلومة ايضا جيدة :
ويعتبر سن ما بين 18 و40 سنة هو السن الشائع لحدوث المرض، ونادراً ما يبدأ المرض بعد سن الخمسين،
وتكاد تتساوى نسبة حدوثه عند الذكور والإناث (الذكور أكثر قليلاً) ولكن المرض يكون أكثر شدةً عند الذكور.

الله عليك علي تلك المعلومة الجميلة جدا .
وهو كما ذكرنا هذا هو العمر والسن للاصابة بتلك الفيروسات بعد مرحلة البلوغ وحتي عمر 35 تقريبا وقد تم ذكره اعلاه

ثم وصل اخيرا لاسباب المرض فقال :

 ويمكن القول إنه مرض من منشئ متعدد العوامل، ويصيب شخصاً لديه استعداد جيني أو وراثي للمرض،
مع قيام بعض العوامل الانتانية بإطلاق المرض، ولا تزال الأبحاث مستمرة
 للوقوف عند أسباب المرض وطرق علاجه
.ولا تزال أسباب المرض الحقيقية غير معروفة،

نعم نعم نعم ولولا اكتشافنا نحن لها ما اكتشفها احد من بعدنا ونحن متأكدون من ذلك .

ويعتقد البعض أن هناك بعض العوامل الوراثية التي تجعل الطفل او المريض اكثرعرضة للإصابة بالمرض.

ليس بعض العوامل الوراثية التي تجعل الطفل أو المريض، أكثر عرضة للإصابة بالمرض.
بل هي الافرازات والسوائل المرضبة المختلطة بسوائل وافرازات ودماء الام التي تتخلل جسد الطفل وتصل اليه اثناء فترة الحمل
وتعمل علي تكوين اعضاؤه وخلاياه .

وقال ايضا :
وقد اتهمت عوامل بيئية ومناعية وإنتانية في إحداثها للمرض، ويمكن القول إنه مرض من منشئ متعدد العوامل،
 ويصيب شخصاً لديه استعداد جيني أو وراثي للمرض، مع قيام بعض العوامل الانتانية بإطلاق المرض،

طبعا فهذه الاتهامات الباطلة والغير حقيقية هي شيء طبيعي الان حتي لا يظهر الطبيب او الباحث بمظهر الجاهل باسباب المرض
وهذه الادعاءات افضل عنده لحفظ ماء وجهه من قول لا اعلم .
ألم يعلم ان من قال لا اعلم فقد أفتي .!

واخيرا قال المقولة الشهيرة
ولا تزال الأبحاث مستمرة للوقوف عند أسباب المرض وطرق علاجه .
والي متي ستستمر تلك الابحاث فالله تعالي أعلي وأعلم .
ولن يكون هناك علاج نهائي وشافي لتلك الحالة ومثيلاتها الا بمضاد يوجه نحو دراجون وافرازاته بالجسد .
