نشرت الدراسة التي اجراها مركز ابحاث السرطان البريطاني ومجلس الابحاث الطبية في دورية علم امراض السرطان والعلامات الحيوية والوقاية.
واختبر العلماء مستويات السكر في الدم في عينات اخذت من نحو عشرة الاف رجل وامراة تتراوح اعمارهم بين 45 و79 عاما ثم فحصوا حالتهم
الطبية بعد ستة اعوام.
ووجد العلماء ان الاشخاص الذين يعانون من السكري واولئك الذين يعانون من خلل في عملية تكسير الجلوكوز التي قد تؤدي للاصابة بالسكري اكثر
عرضة للاصابة بسرطان الامعاء. وكان هذا الاتجاه قويا لدى الرجال اكثر من النساء.
وأظهرت الدراسة ان الاشخاص الذين يعانون من مرض السكري يواجهون على الارجح خطرا اكبر ثلاث مرات من الاشخاص الاخرين للاصابة بسرطان
الامعاء.
وقال البروفسور كاي تي خاو الذي قاد الدراسة ان "الدراسة تظهر ان ارتفاع مستويات السكر حتى عندما تكون اقل من المستويات التي يعاني منها مرضى
السكري يمكن ان ترتبط بزيادة خطر الاصابة بسرطان الامعاء."
ويؤدي عجز الجسم عن تكسير السكر بالطريقة الطبيعية الى الاصابة بالسكري.
ويبدو ان مستويات السكر العالية التي تنجم عن ذلك قد تؤدي ايضا الى زيادة خطر الاصابة بسرطان الامعاء.
واضاف "هناك حاجة لاجراء المزيد من الابحاث لكن نتائج دراستنا من المؤكد انه ستكون مهمة في وضع استراتيجيات للوقاية من المرض."
ويعتقد البروفسور خاو ان كلا من السكري وسرطان الامعاء ربما يشتركان في العوامل المسببة لهما.

فكما اسلفنا : بان مرض السكري مرتبط ارتباط وثيق ومؤكد بكمية الطاقة الموجودة في الجسم ومدي حدتها .
وانه لا يمكن بحال ان يصاب الانسان بالسكري طالما ان الطاقة الحارة الداخلية في الجسم لم تتجاوز المعدلات الطبيعية والملائمة لنموها وتكاثرها والمناسبة لقدرة تحمل الخلايا والاعضاء .

الاصابة بسرطان الامعاء.
أي انهم ربطوا خطر الاصابة بالسرطان بارتفاع مستويات السكر في الجسم .وليس بالمتسبب في ارتفاع مستويات السكر ؟
وننبه بشدة هنا الي هذا الخطأ في هذا الاعتقاد. وننبه بأن خطر الاصابة بسرطان الامعاء او اي نوع او شكل من اشكال
