أما اضطرابات إفراز الغدد فتؤدي إلى العديد من الأعراض النفسية والسلوكية، وقد وصف العالم بلولر(Blulr) عام 1954، متلازمة الاضطراب النفسي الناتج عن اضطراب الغدد الذي يتميز بالمزاجية والقلق وعدم الاستقرار والتصرفات الطفولية والأعراض الجسمية وأعراض أخرى ذات علاقة بالغدد، كالعجز الجنسي والخمول العام، كما أثبتت الدراسات الحديثة أن اضطرابات الغدد يمكن أن تؤدي إلى تغيير في أنماط الشخصية والسلوك وعدم القدرة على التأقلم. أما العلامات التي قد تظهر متأخرة فتشمل الطرق غير السوية للاستجابات المرضية كعدم الالتزام بالعلاج أو الأفكار المرضية أو الاعتمادية النكوصية.
وبين أنه قد تظهر بعض الأعراض ذات العلاقة بالاضطرابات المعرفية كالهذيان والخرف وأمراض الذاكرة، وكذلك الأعراض الذهانية كالهلاوس البصرية والسمعية واضطرابات النوم. ومن هذه الاضطرابات ما يعرف بـالاكرومقالي Acromegaly))، وهو عبارة عن إفراط في إفراز هرمون النمو في المراحل الأولى والمتوسطة من العمر. حيث بالإضافة إلى أعراضه المرضية فإنه يظهر بأعراض نفسية، حيث يؤثر على المزاج والذاكرة ويصيب بعض المرضى بنوع من البلادة.
وبين أن خلل إفراز الغدة النخامية الكلي Panbypopituitarism) ) فيؤدي إلى الشعور بالإعياء والتعب وفقدان الرغبة الجنسية وضعف الذاكرة، كما يصحب القلق والاكتئاب النفسي بعض الحالات، وقد تظهر بعض الأعراض الذهانية. فيما مرض كوشنج Cushing Syrdromc)) فقد يكون بسبب مرضي أو سبب طبي ويزيد فيه إفراز وهرمون الكورتيزول ويصحب إفراز الهرمون زيادة الوزن واستدارة الوجه ووجود كتل في الظهر وانتشار الشعر وخطوط وردية في الجسم وضعف العضلات وقد يكون مصحوبا بارتفاع السكر وضغط الدم وضعف الجنس واضطرابات الدورة الشهرية، وكثيرا ما يكون مصحوبا بالاكتئاب النفسي واضطراب المشاعر والتوهم المرضي. وقد يظهر الاكتئاب الذهاني مع بعض المحاولات الانتحارية. ونادرا يظهر على شكل لوثة مرح أو هوس أو حالة برانويا أو هذيان.
ويواصل الدكتور شاوش فيقول: «هناك أيضاً مرض أديسون (Addison"s Diseasec) وهو ناتج عن قلة إفراز الكورتيزول والالدوستيرون Aldostronc) ) بسبب تدمير قشرة الغدة الكظرية. ويظهر بضعف الشهية والغثيان أو القيء وفقدان الوزن مع آلام في البطن والظهر وانخفاض الضغط وظهور لون داكن في بعض أجزاء الجسم المكشوفة، أما الأعراض النفسية المصاحبة فتتمثل في الخمول والوهن وفقدان المشاعر والاضطراب المعرفي البسيط وفقر الأفكار وفقدان روح المبادرة، وتظهر هذه الأعراض في ثلثي المرضى، كما يظهر الاكتئاب في %45 من المرضى».
* أمراض الغدة الدرقية
* وتطرق الدكتور شاوش إلى أمراض الغدة الدرقية، وقال «في غالب الحالات تكون أمراض الغدة الدرقية مصحوبة بأعراض نفسية واضحة، والغالب في المزاج هو التوتر والقلق في زيادة الإفراز، إضافة إلى اضطرابات النوم والميل إلى العصبية وسرعة الاستثارة، كما تصيب التركيز والذاكرة مع ظهور أعراض جسمية كالرعشة وخفقان القلب والميل إلى الأجواء الباردة.
أما قلة إفراز الغدة الدرقية فغالبا ما تكون مصحوبة بالاكتئاب النفسي وأعراضه الجسمية تتمثل في تساقط الشعر وخشونة الجلد ووجود تكتلات تحت العين وخشونة الصوت واضطراب الدورة الشهرية. فيما الأعراض النفسية تظهر على شكل اضطراب الذاكرة والتركيز وتكون شديدة لدرجة أنها تشابه الخرف، كما قد تظهر بعض الأعراض الذهانية كحالات البارانويا المشابهة للفصام، وقد وصف العالم آشر Asher) ) عام 1949، ما يعرف بذهان الميكسوديما ((Myxoedema madness) ) والذي تظهر فيه الضلالات والهلاوس في ثلث المرضى تقريباً.
مرض السكري يؤدي إلى بعض المشاكل النفسية
أشار د. الشاوش الى وجود علاقة بين الأمراض النفسية ومرض السكري، حيث وجد أنّ الضغوط النفسية والمرضية تؤثر على ضبط مستوى السكر في الدم وكذلك الانتظام في العلاج، ومن المعلوم أن السكري قد يؤدي إلى بعض المشاكل النفسية والاجتماعية الناتجة عن العزلة وانتهاج الحمية، وما يعود به ذلك على نفسية مريض السك،ر ومن ثم فقدان الإحساس بمتعة الحياة ومباهجها.
وتؤدي بداية تشخيص المرض، أو ظهور مضاعفات على البصر مثلا أو الكلى أو الأعصاب، إلى تفاقم الحالة النفسية، كما أنّ ضعف الجنس لدى مرضى السكري سواء كان ناتجا عن أسباب عضوية أو نفسية يؤدي إلى ظهور التوتر والقلق والكآبة.
أما ارتفاع السكر المفرط فيمكن أن يظهر بخلل في التصرفات والسلوكيات، كما قد يصاحب اضطراب الذاكرة البسيطة ارتفاع السكر المزمن. لذلك فإن علاج الاكتئاب النفسي والعلاج السلوكي لتقليل المشاكل الاجتماعية النفسية والجنسية يؤدي إلى تحسن مريض السكر، أما سن اليأس وانقطاع الطمث فيكون مصحوبا بالشعور بالتغيير والاكتئاب وقلة النوم وضعف التركيز والتوتر والصداع، كما تظهر بعض أعراض التوهم المرضي حول التغيرات الجسمية، هذه نبذة بسيطة عن بعض الأمراض
التغيرات النفسية قد تقود إلى تغيرات عضوية
بينت بعض النظريات على دراسات العالم النفسي فرويد والذي كان يعتقد أن التوتر والقلق والخوف تتحول إلى أعراض عضوية، وأن التغيرات العاطفية وتغيرات المشاعر تصحب بتغيرات نفسية. وعندما تصبح متكررة، فبالتالي تؤدي إلى تغيرات وظيفية وعضوية.
أما العالم فرانز الكسندر فوصف سبعة أمراض ذات علاقة بالتوتر النفسي، وكذلك العالم دينار وصف خمسة أنوع من الشخصية يعتقد بارتباطها الوثيق ببعض الأمراض، أما العالمان تيماه وسينفيريوس فيريان أن عدم القدرة على التعبير عن المشاعر والتخيل يظهر على شكل عوارض جسمية.

ان في كلمات العنوان لهذا الموضوع تلخيص وايجاز لمعاني طبية واساسيات علمية كثيرة
فالعنوان يقول : الاضطرابات النفسية تتسبب في إصابة الإنسان بأكثر من 40 مرضا عضويا .
وهذا النتائج صحيحة وهي حقيقة واقعة .
وعندما تطرق الكاتب الي الاسباب التي كانت سببا في الاضطرابات النفسية والعصبية التي تسبب 40 مرضا
جاء بثلاثة فرضيات ونظريات من نسج خياله حيث قال : :
ان الصراعات النفسية اللاشعورية تؤدي إلى اضطراب الجهاز العصبي يختلط المرض الجسمي
بالاضطرابات النفسية في مجموعة من الأمراض التي يفوق عددها 40 مرضا، من أشهرها الربو الشعبي، تقرح القولون،
والذبحة الصدرية، ارتفاع ضغط الدم، والاكزيما. ووفقا للدكتور محمد عبد الله شاوش استشاري الطب النفسي، فإن النظريات
التي تشرح حدوث المرض النفسي تتمحور حول نظرية التحليل النفسي، والتي تتلخص في الصراعات النفسية اللاشعورية
والتي تؤدي إلى إفراط عمل الجهاز العصبي اللاإرادي.
ثم تأتي النظرية الشخصية، وكما هو معروف فإن الشخصية
من نوع (أ) التي تتميز بالطموح وسباق الزمن ذات علاقة وطيدة بأمراض الشريان التاجي وارتفاع الكولسترول والدهنيات.
أما النظرية الثالثة فهي نظرية السلوك المبنية على مبدأ التعلم، حيث تكون التغيرات
الفسيولوجية نتاجا للسلوك الفردي. وأضاف الشاوش ان العوامل الاجتماعية تلعب دوراً كذلك، حيث وجد أن الكوارث
والمصائب ومشاكل الحياة عادة ما تسبق حدوث بعض الأمراض وان هناك علاقة وطيدة بين شدة الكوارث والمدة التي
تستغرقها وشدة المرض النفسي. أما النظرية الخامسة وهي النظرية الشمولية، فتعتمد على أنّ العوامل النفسية المؤثرة في
وجود عوامل وراثية وجينية تؤدي إلى تغيرات عضوية، سواء هورمونية أو مناعية، وتحدث خللا في العضو المستهدف.

ونحن لنا وقفة مع تلك النظريات والفرضيات المزعومة
فهذه الاسباب وتلك النظريات المذكورة أعلاه هي ما نعترض عليه في هذا الموضوع . ونحن نراها أسباب ونظريات
ليس لها أي قيمة علمية وليست حقيقية. بل أسباب ونظريات ملفقة وكاذبة .
ومثل هذه الاسباب كالاسباب الاخري الضالة التي يعتبرها السادة الباحثون شماعة أو حاملة ملابس يعلقون عليها ما خفي عنهم وما جهلوه من أسباب حقيقية في صناعة المرض
كقولهم في اسباب الامراض : التدخين- ونمط الحياة والطعام غير الصحي والطقس والبيئة والخمور - والوراثة
والضغوط النفسية ومشاكل الحياة وغيرها من أسباب واهية وضالة .
مما جعل أبواب البحث عن الحقيقة وطرقه تتشعب
وتخرج من طريق واحد وهو طريق الصواب وتتعدد الي كثير من
الدهاليز والطرقات والشعاب البحثية وبالتالي أصبح الامل في الوصول الي الحقيقة صعب المنال ومن المستحيلات .
فحقيقة الامراض النفسية والعصبية وأسبابها الغعلية والحقيقية مخالفة تماما لما ذكر أعلاه من أسباب ونظريلت
وقد قمنا بنشر عدة موضوعات بهذا الخصوص وعن السبب الحقيقي في اصابة الانسان بالمرض ومؤسس مملكته
في جسم الانسان بداية من البرد والزكام والحالة النفسية وصولا الي أمراض القلب والكبد والسرطان

علي اهم الاسئلة ومن تفسير تسلسل الاحداث والدخول في زوايا اخري بعيدة عن الحقيقة التي يجهلونها
ولكن في كلامه اشارة الي أن تدهور الحالة النفسية مبني علي مرض الغدد فاذا كانت اعطال الغذة الدرقية والغدد الصماء والغدة النخامية
تتسبب في ظهور تلك الاعراض المرضية وسوء الحالة النفسية ..
فنحن نسأله : ما السبب في تعطيل ووقف هذه الغدد عن العمل ؟
ولم يكتفي الكاتب بالاسباب المذكورة بل قام مثل أقرانه من الكتاب والباحثون
بذكر وزج مرض السكر أيضا في الموضوع كأحد الاسباب التي تؤدي الي المشاكل النفسية والعصبية فقال :
